If I am a former student with a balance, can my holds be temporarily removed so I can re-enroll?
No. All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to enrollment.
Will my Financial Hold be removed if I sign up for a Collections Payment Plan?
No. In order to remove your hold, the balance must be paid in full.
How soon is my Financial Hold released after I pay in full?
- If you pay with a credit card successfully, the hold will be released within an hour.
- If you pay with a paper check or electronic check (eCheck) online, there will be a 5-business-day waiting period before the hold is released.
Will my outstanding balance be reported to the credit bureau?
Balances are not reported to the credit bureaus.
