How and where is my bill sent?

All e-mails are sent to the preferred e-mail address that is listed in the CaneLink system.

What should I do if the e-mail address on file is incorrect?

You should log into your CaneLink account to update your e-mail address.

When can I expect to receive my bill notification?

You will be notified via e-mail in early July for the Fall semester and mid-December for the Spring semester.

Where can I find the due date for an upcoming term?

The due date for each term billed will be noted on the e-mail billing notification. The due date will also be noted on the billing screens within CaneLink.

What options are available if I am not able to pay the balance in full?

If you are unable to pay the balance in full, you may arrange to pay through a monthly payment plan or apply for a private loan.

What will happen if I don't pay my term balance by the due date?

If the balance has not been paid in full by the due date, or you have not finalized arrangements to pay your semester charges, then a hold will be placed which will prevent future registration, and access to grades and transcripts.

Where can I view my student account information?

You can view your Student Account information online by logging into your CaneLink account. The web address is Once you have logged in, under the “Student Home” tab click on the “Go to Student Center” icon and under the “Finances” section, click on the “Account Inquiry” link.

How can I get a paper copy of my student account information?

You may log on to CaneLink and print a copy of your Student Account information online.
